Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, if you have an inquiry about a specific product please reach out to us and we will escalate your request to our shipping department. Depending on the manufacturer and product, our options for shipping may vary.
Will my order be shipped all in one box?
Depending on the order size, it may be fulfilled in multiple parcels. Contact us for clarification on product shipping information.
How long will my order take to deliver?
Delivery times can vary based on the manufacturer, order quantity, product size, and availability. For in-stock items, transit times usually consist of 3-5 business days. If item(s) require a truckload delivery, lead times are closer to a week. It's advised that you contact us before placing an order to receive the most recent up-to-date status on any products as availability can fluctuate by the day. Do I have to pay any customs fees?
We take no responsibility for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs to happen to be required, it is the buyers' obligation to pay the required balance.
What are the shipping options?
For all non-freight deliveries we use FedEx or UPS. However when an LTL is required, other third party freight companies will handle delivery. Standard delivery for freight packages are curbside services, however room selection delivery may be requested for additional fees. Contact us for more information regarding shipping eligibility and options.
What if I receive a faulty product?
If you discover a fault, immediately contact us within 48 hours of order delivery in order to open a claim.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept most returns within 30 days of order delivery. Some manufacturers may have a shorter or longer return window. Contact us for specific product return inquiries.
Are returns free?
Once a return is requested, we will open a claim to investigate whether the discrepancy is on the manufacturers behalf. If this is the case, we will cover the return cost with no additional fee. However, if any other reason is listed in the return that does not hold the manufacturer liable (eg. product no longer needed), the customer will be responsible for the return cost to our warehouse and also be subject to a restocking fee usually between 15-25%.
What are my payment options?
We make it very easy to checkout using our website. We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, or other options like a bank wire for larger purchases.
